At GardaWorld, we value your compensation. We offer competitive hourly wages tailored to each market. We are currently expanding our team in the North Western Suburbs.

Compensation: $19.50 / hour
Shift: Must have flexible availability to cover for absences and open positions - including mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service as your primary focus.
  • Monitor and assess your designated area, providing detailed reports on activities.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and critical incidents.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports.
  • Understand and enforce client protocols, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
  • Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is advantageous.
  • Possession of a state license, if applicable.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • PERC card is preferred.
