This role will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Engagement, Maps, and CRM A.
Key Responsibilities- System Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce systems, including upgrades and configurations for optimal integration.
- Customization and Development: Complete platform customizations, including fields, page layouts, custom objects, and documentation of processes.
- Security and Access Control: Maintain security, including sharing rules and security levels, and create and maintain user roles, profiles, and hierarchies.
- Database Management: Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Technical Support: Provide Salesforce training and end-user support, and experience with Apex development and a desire to deepen technical skillset.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or six (6) years' experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator and maintenance, with Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Skills: Critical thinking aptitude, strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Tools and Technologies: Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
