About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities to help customers succeed financially.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing them with personalized solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to our customers.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to identify opportunities to help customers succeed financially.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
