About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our sales team by handling order entry, addressing walk-in customers, assisting the sales team, and helping to identify leads. You'll be the point person for work orders, assisting the team with inputting these into the system accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist sales representatives by managing overflow tasks such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and other internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand their needs and provide support accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the CRM system.

Requirements
