As a Wholesale Nursery Sales Consultant, you will:

• Drive Sales & Revenue: Present our extensive selection of products and services to clients, enhancing sales and increasing revenue.
• Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations surpassed.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Deliver knowledgeable advice and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and aiding them in making informed choices.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Partner closely with colleagues to meet sales objectives and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep thorough documentation of client interactions and sales activities to ensure smooth operations.

What You Will Bring:

• Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales within a wholesale nursery or similar sector.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional capability to engage with clients and foster strong relationships.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to engage and interact effectively.
• Positive Attitude & Team Spirit: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a cooperative team player.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Independence & Collaboration: Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Horticultural Knowledge: Familiarity with plant care and horticulture is beneficial.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer usage.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends during peak seasons.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience with forklifts or heavy machinery is advantageous.
• Bi-lingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
