Position Overview:

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Physical Therapist, adhering to departmental protocols and treatment standards. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for patients across various age groups.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision to patients while overseeing rehabilitation technicians.
  • Make informed decisions regarding patient care with moderate complexity.
  • Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
  • Conduct initial evaluations for new patients upon referral and document the Plan of Care in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy is required.


Licensure:

Must possess a current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.


Certifications:

Current CPR certification is necessary.


Preferred Experience:

Experience of six months to one year in providing care to patients of all ages is preferred.
