We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Operations to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital - Evansville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility-related issues and concerns.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and capital projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- College degree in a related field, such as building construction or maintenance.
- Knowledge of JCAHO and OSHA regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
