Job Description

About the Role

This full-time Registered Nurse II position is responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under general supervision
  • Develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Working Conditions

This role requires working in a healthcare setting with frequent exposure to infectious diseases. You must also be able to lift and move patients safely, use physical energy, and maintain good hand hygiene practices.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience.
