Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing computed tomography procedures, producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners, and providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiography and computerized tomography, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform computed tomography procedures, including CT scans and CT angiograms
  • Produce high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners
  • Provide excellent patient care, including preparing patients for procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and images
Requirements:
  • Associate in Science Degree in Radiography or equivalent
  • Certification by ARRT in radiography and computerized tomography
  • Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Radiography and Computerized Tomography
  • One to three years of experience in radiography and computerized tomography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
