We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team at Providence Medical Center. As an LPN in our Float Pool, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and strong clinical skills.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in different departments, including medication administration, treatment support, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily activities.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Promptly report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate parties.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
- Current and valid state license as an LPN.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum one-year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
- IV certification upon hire (state specific).
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate preferred or within 60 days of hire.
