Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team at St. Joseph Medical Center. As a Float Pool LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, including medication administration, treatment support, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily activities.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
  • Promptly report any changes in a patient's condition to the appropriate parties.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • IV certification upon hire (state specific).
