Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively and courteously with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operate an integrated cash register and follow cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and security
  • Perform closing register procedures and make cash drops to ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist with posting specials and promotions, checking-in vendors, setting and stocking product to maintain a visually appealing store environment

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of retail experience or customer service experience
  • Prior knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine products is an asset
