- Provide immediate assistance to guests and staff in medical emergencies until qualified responders arrive.
- Collaborate with the gaming departments in managing secure cash handling procedures.
- Identify and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly.
- Guide guests and employees with directions and adherence to safety protocols.
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age regulations.
- Facilitate financial transactions, including fills, credits, and exchanges as required.
- Document incidents and prepare necessary reports when applicable.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with safety standards.
- Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to ensure a secure environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
- Current EMT certification is required prior to starting employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of customer service experience or related training that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the job responsibilities.
