POSITION SUMMARY:
The MRI Technologist I is responsible for executing a range of standard magnetic resonance imaging procedures autonomously. This role involves:
- Conducting routine MR imaging tasks with precision and care.
- Assisting medical professionals during diagnostic and specialized MR imaging procedures.
- Ensuring exemplary patient care by adhering to established MR examination protocols and standards.
- Collaborating as a key member of the patient care team.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
- Successful completion of an accredited MRI training program.
- No prior experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:
- Certification from the American Heart Association (BLS).
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
WORKING HOURS:
- Part-time position, up to 19.99 hours per week, without benefits.
- Availability to cover various shifts as needed.
