Join Our Team as an Industrial Electrical Technician
At Brother International Corporation, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our customers, employees, and communities. As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- PLC and HMI Programming: Engage with programmable logic controllers, developing new systems and maintaining existing ones. You will be essential in troubleshooting and repairing electronic production robotic equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure our machinery operates seamlessly through preventive maintenance and prompt repairs. Your expertise will be vital for various equipment, including heat sealing machines and robotic systems.
- Repair and Restore: Diagnose issues and fabricate repair parts to restore equipment to optimal performance.
- Control Systems Development: Collaborate with engineers to specify, purchase, and design control wiring, as well as fabricate and document control panels.
- Spare Parts Management: Oversee the inventory of replacement parts and supplies to maintain operational readiness.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in machine electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with electrical schematics, vision systems, and robotics is essential. Additionally, a strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical equipment repair, and controls design is required.
Technical Skills:
Your proficiency in equipment maintenance and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems will be crucial. PLC/HMI programming should be second nature to you, with a strong emphasis on safety.
