Key Responsibilities

- PLC and HMI Program Design/Troubleshooting : Immerse yourself in the realm of programmable logic controllers, bringing new equipment to life and maintaining existing systems. You'll be our primary expert for diagnosing and repairing electronic production robotic equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance : Ensure our machinery operates seamlessly with preventive maintenance and prompt repairs. Whether it's heat sealing machines or robotic systems, you'll be there to guarantee everything functions like clockwork.
- Repair Equipment & Operating Systems : When malfunctions arise, you'll be our first responder. From identifying issues to fabricating repair components, you'll restore equipment to its original state with precision and efficiency.
- Develop and Build Control Systems and Document Final Systems : Collaborate with Engineers to specify, purchase, and design control wiring, fabricate and document control panels. Connect safety modules, sensors, collaborative robots, scanners, and other electronic devices from Machine to Control panel.
- Maintain Spare Parts Inventory : Stay proactive by managing our replacement parts and supplies inventory. Your keen attention to detail will ensure we always have what we need, when we need it.

About Our Ideal Candidate

- Education : High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Associate degree in Technical Training/Electrical Schematics preferred.
- Experience : 4 years of machine electrical maintenance in manufacturing, with familiarity in electrical schematics, vision systems, and robots. 2 years of strong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical equipment repair, controls design, layout, and wiring.
- Software/Technical Skills : You're a master of equipment maintenance and have a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. PLC/HMI programming is second nature to you, and safety always comes first.
- Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities : With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking is the norm.
