Key Responsibilities- Personal Care Assistance: Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our residents.
- Medication Management: Assist residents with taking prescribed medication and ensure accurate administration.
- Mobility Support: Help residents with mobility, including walking, transferring, and ambulation, to maintain their independence.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for our residents, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our residents, including performing light housekeeping duties.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a CNA program or prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Skills: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our residents.
