Position Summary:

The Agent Services Coordinator (ASC) plays a pivotal role in managing the essential functions that enhance the market center's service to our associates. This position is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence across all office dimensions, with a strong emphasis on associate retention through exemplary customer service and unwavering hospitality.

Compensation:

Daily Activities:

  • Engage fully with Keller Williams systems, tools, and discussions to provide value to market center associates.
  • Oversee the implementation of retention systems designed to strengthen our relationships with associates and vendors.
  • Accountable for delivering outstanding customer service at all levels within the market center.

Your role will involve providing dedicated support to associates as they grow their businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Acting as the primary liaison between associates and Keller Williams resources.
  • Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new associates.
  • Assisting with market center events.
  • Maintaining office technology, including social media pages, public websites, and agent resources.
  • Encouraging the use of ancillary services by highlighting their benefits to both new and existing associates.
  • Creating a monthly training calendar.
  • Supporting the Market Center Leadership team with various projects as needed.
