Your Impact

As a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in our recruitment initiatives within the energy sector. This multifaceted role encompasses the complete recruitment cycle, fostering collaboration with our Manufacturing Team, and actively engaging as a vital member of the Human Resources Team. Your contributions will significantly influence our workforce development and organizational culture.

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate outreach to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including referrals, job fairs, and social media.
  • Craft and refine job descriptions and specifications.
  • Participate in job fairs and establish connections with educational institutions and industry events.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through comprehensive interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate competencies and improve interview processes.
  • Lead calibration sessions to ensure interview consistency.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Implement and monitor best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Lever or Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
