About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our Cuyahoga County homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living needs, including meal preparation, transportation, and household cleaning.
  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and growth, such as learning new skills or pursuing hobbies.
  • Provide transportation to community outings and medical appointments.
  • Administer medication as needed.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Valid Ohio Driver License (4 points or less).
  • Reliable transportation and Auto Insurance.

Work Schedule

We offer part-time and full-time positions with varying schedules. Part-time candidates will work 1st and 2nd shift (7a-11p) or 2nd and 3rd shift (3p-8:30a) with at least 1 weekend day. Full-time candidates will work 1st and 2nd shift (7a-11p) or 2nd and 3rd shift (3p-8:30a) with 6-day availability, including 1 weekend day.
