We are looking for a compassionate and patient individual to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living assistance, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that promotes growth, independence, and self-determination.
  • Plan and engage in meaningful activities, outings, and events to enhance the quality of life for the individuals you support.
  • Promote social and emotional well-being by building strong, supportive relationships.

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Ohio Driver's license with 4 points or less, valid auto insurance
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A desire to make a difference in people's lives
