Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing: Process draft payments for dues based on specified contract amounts, and process payments received from corporate accounts.
  • Cash Receipts: Maintain accurate and timely posting of all other cash receipts, and communicate cash receipt identification and/or issues to management.
  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection note maintenance, and reconcile accounts monthly.
  • Customer Service: Maintain professional and productive relationships with internal management and members, and participate in projects as needed.
