Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR Partner to support organizational growth and associate development.

  • Serve as a generalist while overseeing critical HR processes, systems, and strategic planning.
  • Promote ongoing education regarding company policies and programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Utilize expertise to design and implement innovative HR strategies that foster transformation and align with business goals.
  • Establish credibility across the organization and with senior management through professional experience and interpersonal skills.
  • Inspire and guide teams through transitions, addressing business challenges in a strategic HR model.
  • Facilitate the use of HR Central for employee engagement, reporting, and investigative processes.
  • Provide hands-on support to associates and management, building trust within operational teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and business partnership, with a focus on influencing and training leaders and associates.
  • Familiarity with HR Systems, particularly Workday.
  • Proven experience as a strong business partner with exceptional influencing capabilities.
  • Highly consultative approach, working with performance teams across various operational centers.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and a successful history of collaborating with Senior Leadership to achieve outstanding business outcomes.
  • Passionate about fulfilling commitments, action-oriented, and focused on performance excellence.
  • Ability to think strategically while ensuring operational effectiveness.
  • Resilience and adaptability during peak operational periods.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
