Work Schedule:
Weekly Hours: 40.00

Daily Hours: 8.00

Shifts: 7AM Start, rotating evenings, nights, and weekends as required

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the daily functions of the transfusion and tissue services department.
2. Lead and manage the blood bank personnel, ensuring adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards.
3. Guarantee exceptional patient care through proficient blood management techniques.
4. Coordinate scheduling and manage shift rotations, including evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2. SBB (ASCP) certification is mandatory.
3. Demonstrated experience in a Lead Medical Technologist capacity within Blood Bank environments.
4. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be in the process of relocating.

Certification and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. SBB (ASCP) certification
3. Experience as a Lead Medical Technologist in Blood Bank settings
4. Advanced certification or additional relevant experience is advantageous.
