Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in food preparation, cooking, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests and team members.
  • Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction with food and service; address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Manage inventory in the kitchen and replenish food stations as necessary.
  • Prepare food according to menu guidelines and specifications.
  • Label and date all items stored in coolers.
  • Keep the reach-in cooler and freezer organized and clean.
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Operate the point of sale (POS) system and cash register efficiently.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to this position.
  • Provide accurate information regarding menu items, specials, and pricing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Physical and Mental Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to:
  • Remain in a stationary position for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Access all areas of the kitchen and move freely throughout the facility.
  • Withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Effective communication skills in English, including reading and writing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Six months of prior experience in customer service or food service.
  • Six months of experience handling cash transactions.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Valid food handler's card for Washington State.
  • Non-Gaming Class II certification.
