About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond, located in St. James, NY. As an LPN with our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
  • Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
  • Monitors Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work as a team member
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary starting at $32.67 plus a .25 shift differential, as well as a $6,000 Sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Union Benefits.
