About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Equipment Specialist to join our team at McKesson. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including conveyor systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize trade tools, manuals, and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Inspections and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operations team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be open to flexible hours and overtime as needed, including weekend and holiday work.
Requirements
  • Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Education: 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or a 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering Technology.
