  • Welcome and assist customers to guarantee exceptional service experiences.

  • Engage in various store operational duties such as unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and presenting merchandise.
  • Support operations in the furniture department, including carry-outs and display assembly.
  • Uphold store appearance according to company standards, including light maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Conduct daily front-end maintenance, restock merchandise, and ensure safety on the sales floor.
  • Execute tasks assigned by Store Leadership, including cart retrieval and safety-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with cash register operations is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds is required.
  • Basic literacy in English and math skills are necessary.
