Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Urology Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our urology department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions.
- Collaborate with urologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies as necessary.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by state law and hospital policy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest urology research, treatments, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Jersey.
