Position Overview
Strativ Group is currently experiencing significant growth, expanding collaborations with leading tech companies to forge revolutionary AI technologies. The team has engineered sophisticated computational tools that are being utilized in various AI research initiatives, and they are heavily investing in ongoing research to refine these technologies. A crucial part of their advancement involves enhancing their computational infrastructure to accelerate research and development cycles while optimizing the application of created technologies. They are in search of a proficient ML engineer to spearhead this effort. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, constructing, and sustaining systems for data management, extensive training, swift experimentation, and deployment of ML models.
- Developing and managing systems for distributed inference of AI models.
- Optimizing, deploying, and supporting vital computational workflows for the research team.
- Collaborating with fellow scientists and engineers to pinpoint and execute infrastructure enhancements that boost efficiency and results.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable ML systems and tools that ensure a seamless transition from prototype to production.
- Strong software development expertise, with a sharp ability to design suitable abstractions while balancing complexity and flexibility.
- Demonstrated success in scaling infrastructure within a rapidly evolving startup or team environment.
- Expertise in establishing and managing automation tools (e.g., CI), development environments (e.g., Docker, AWS), and version control systems (e.g., GitHub) for ML workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from a reputable technical university.
- Minimum of 2 years in a commercial ML Engineering position.
Compensation
The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a salary of up to $225,000, and flexibility for the right candidate. The position offers substantial equity potential and a robust bonus structure.
