We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our Facilities Operations team at Medtronic. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and functionality of our building systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve facility-related issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of building systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Flexibility to work second shift and participate in on-call duties as needed.

Salary ranges for U.S. locations (USD): $48,400 - $72,600
