Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least eight years of proven leadership experience, with a minimum of three years in a large-scale environment.
  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics factoring industry is highly desirable.
  • Industry certifications are a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Serbian is advantageous.
