Job Overview

Thomas Edwards Group is seeking a seasoned Treasury Director to lead our client's financial operations in Plano. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all operational banking relationships, ensuring seamless liquidity management, interest rate management, and capital deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies
  • Manage interest expense planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Supervise all aspects of company cash flow
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior executives to drive financial strategy
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting, investment banking, or similar environment
  • 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing staff
  • Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
  • Prior experience in banking and/or finance a strong plus
