About the Role- Independently manage a complex caseload, handling cases from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners to achieve exceptional results.
- Conduct thorough investigations, prepare for trials, and represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, providing regular reports, and managing legal projects efficiently.
Requirements- A JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- At least 2 years of litigation defense experience, preferably in general liability, premises liability, or New York Labor Law (Sections 200, 240, and 241) matters.
- Proven legal project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
