Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at RBC Bearings. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, and customers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.

• Identify productivity improvement areas and work with management staff to clear bottlenecks and optimize processes.

• Assist in debit resolution and ensure clean invoicing to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

• Provide basic customer service activities, including quoting, warranty, credits, returns, and expediting orders to meet customer demands.

• Provide support for management issues as they arise and support teammates during absences and training.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 3 years of sales experience in a customer service environment, or an Associate's degree and minimum 1 year of sales experience in a customer service environment, or a Bachelor's Degree.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.

• Demonstrated customer service skills and experience with SAP.

• Mechanical product knowledge and bilingual skills are a plus.
