Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze SAP backlogs to identify ready-to-schedule work orders and optimize schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement weekly schedules that align with job due dates, workload, and resource availability.
  • Lead schedule update meetings to ensure that maintenance and production priorities are aligned and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Monitor backlogs and notify maintenance supervision of capacity needs to maintain optimal levels and ensure flexibility for supervisor-led resource allocation.
  • Compile and distribute schedules to operations and maintenance execution groups to ensure seamless execution.
  • Schedule all planned maintenance work to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure that resources are allocated according to availability and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in scheduling and planning, preferably in a maintenance or operations role.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Prometheus scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP-PM Maintenance Transactions, Documentum, Microsoft Office Products, and Meridium.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with contractor management.
  • Strong plant maintenance knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods daily.
  • TWIC Card is required for this position.
