Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Planner to join our team at Taylor Technical Services, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance costs
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance tasks and activities
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
