Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-driven sales associates to join our team at Cambridge Spa Group. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Sell wellness package memberships to Massage Envy guests, recommend upgrades to client and guest treatment plans, inform guests of additional services, and encourage home-care retail purchases.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests and members, efficiently check members in and out for appointments, answer phones, and proactively reach out to clients to book appointments and collect payments.
  • Administrative: Book appointments to achieve maximum scheduling efficiency, maintain client files, and proactively communicate client wants and needs to service providers.
Requirements
  • Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have computer and cash handling skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work cohesively with others in creating a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills both on the phone and in person.
