About the Role

Zaxby's Franchising LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to cross-functional teams and departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and analytical support to cross-functional teams and departments
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, tools, and processes to support ongoing analysis
  • Report on metrics, analysis, and KPIs to provide leadership with insight into business performance
  • Develop process improvements to streamline and improve reporting efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or other quantitative field
  • 1-2 years of finance experience, with restaurant or retail industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manipulate and leverage large amounts of data into meaningful reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
