The Finance Manager FP&A & Compliance – Supply Chain North America is a key member of the North American Supply Chain Finance leadership team, responsible for leading the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and management reporting for Supply Chain. This role has oversight of the control environment for the NAM plants and plays a significant role in the quality and effectiveness of the organization's financial plans and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the annual operating plan, Long Range Plan, and monthly forecast processes to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Deliver timely and insightful monthly financial results and analysis to supply chain management and division finance, driving business decisions and growth.
- Coordinate the execution of monthly/quarterly controls around inventory and Fixed Assets, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison to Internal Audit and PwC for Supply Chain related audit matters, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive company initiatives forward, leveraging financial expertise to inform business decisions.
- Provide financial guidance and support to supply chain management and division finance, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in improving the use and understanding of ERP, BI & OneStream reporting systems, driving process improvements and efficiency.
- Lead discussions on strategic initiative idea generation and analysis, providing financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with management/functional leaders and other finance teams to provide analysis on how to achieve company goals, driving business growth and success.
- Develop and manage one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Bachelor's degree required (accounting or finance strongly preferred), advanced degree and additional certifications preferred.
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience required, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP, BI, and OneStream preferred, with advanced experience with Microsoft Excel required.
- CPA or CMA preferred, with 5 years relevant finance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Prior team management experience preferred, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage cross-matrix and virtual teams.
- Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to set priorities for self and team, with a good understanding of manufacturing and costing concepts.
- Experience with high-volume operations, strong organization and planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
