Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our service standards are consistently met
  • Perform a range of sidework tasks, including cleaning, replenishing coolers and stock, and some food preparation

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Completion of a safe alcohol service program, such as TIPS or BAR CODE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of drink and food menus, with the ability to make recommendations to guests
