We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at Wild Wing Cafe. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests feel welcome and valued
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our service standards are consistently met
- Perform a range of sidework tasks, including cleaning, replenishing coolers and stock, and some food preparation
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Completion of a safe alcohol service program, such as TIPS or BAR CODE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
- Knowledge of drink and food menus, with the ability to make recommendations to guests
