Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and fax to resolve inquiries and issues
- Enter customer orders into our order entry system in a timely and accurate manner
- Promote and support sales promotions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and other field staff to deliver premier customer service
- Work closely with credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, technical service, and warranty departments as needed
- Research and resolve customer complaints and issues, providing assistance in locating and identifying replacement parts
- Provide same-day responses to scheduled dates and backorder status of product
- Research and process credit and return requests
- Perform daily maintenance to customer orders to ensure timely delivery based on customer demand
- High school diploma or equivalent combined education and experience
- Experience in customer service and high-volume call handling
- Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience preferred
