Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a valid Tennessee teaching license with a preference for Special Education/Interventionist endorsement (other endorsements will be considered).
- Have a minimum of one year of teaching experience (three or more years preferred).
- Exhibit exemplary standards of conduct in interpersonal relations, personal commitment, and professionalism to serve as a positive role model for students.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Tennessee state-mandated curriculum across elementary, middle, and high school subjects, with the ability to adapt general education materials to meet individual student needs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality, respecting each student's personal integrity.

- Capability to foster positive relationships with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
