Join Our Team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor

THERAPY 2000, a leading provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Supervisor) to lead our team of Speech Language Pathologists and serve families in Pasadena/South Houston/Galena Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop personalized home exercise programs in partnership with patients' caregivers.
  • Collaborate and coordinate care with various providers and disciplines as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods.
  • Maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care by meeting with agency personnel as necessary.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures, adhering to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech language pathology.
Requirements:
  • A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as necessary, based on the needs of the business.
  • Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop computer, phone, email, web browser).

  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home-health setting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
