Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Breast Surgeon/Surgical Oncologist to join our team at the University of California, Davis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the advancement of breast cancer care and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional clinical care to patients with breast cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary research and education, collaborating with faculty and staff to advance the field of breast cancer.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical trials, working closely with the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring, sharing expertise with students, residents, and fellows.
  • Participate in departmental and university service, contributing to the growth and development of the Department of Surgery.
Requirements
  • Must possess a Medical Degree.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collegially within a diverse environment.
  • Completion of an approved Breast or Surgical Oncology Fellowship with an emphasis in breast care.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible in Surgery.
