Job Title: Senior Retail Associate

At The Cannabist Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Associate to join our team. As a Senior Retail Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience in our dispensaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide guidance and education to customers regarding their individual marijuana needs, ensuring that they receive the correct medication for their specific illness and medical condition.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including the features, benefits, and uses of our products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
  • Point-of-Sale Systems: Operate point-of-sale systems, including processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 4 years of direct customer service experience required, with retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
