Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be an assertive, personable, and well-organized Associate Attorney with a strong work ethic for our Burlingame location.

Key Qualifications:

  • Maintenance of good standing with the California Bar Association
  • Prior experience in workers' comp defense is beneficial but not required; we offer a training program for new attorneys
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality legal services
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Aptitude for working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Capacity to travel to various locations such as the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, doctors' offices, and other deposition sites
  • Able to manage and maintain caseload effectively while providing superior client service
  • Strong customer focus and client relation skills are essential

Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package.
