About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work closely with our school administrators, teachers, and other support staff to provide comprehensive healthcare services to students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with disabilities and chronic conditions
  • Administer medication to students according to district policies and procedures
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify student health concerns
  • Provide first aid, CPR, and AED as needed
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to implement IEPs and ARDs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • At least 3 years of experience in school nursing or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $63,495 per year, based on previous experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
