Job Description
  • Provide high-quality patient care: Deliver comprehensive nursing services to patients across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive care, health education, and disease management.
  • Participate in public health initiatives: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement innovative programs that address the social determinants of health, improve health outcomes, and reduce health disparities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation: Ensure timely and accurate recording of patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You should also be comfortable using electronic health records (EHRs) and other technology systems.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Certifications/Licenses: Current RN licensure in Texas; Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting, preferably in a public health or community-based organization

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
