Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to fill a travel position in Juneau, Alaska.

Job Requirements
  • Active ARDMS certification is required for this role.
  • At least 18 months of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform noninvasive ultrasound examinations, demonstrating the skills and knowledge to assess technical data reflective of patient status relative to age and specific needs.
  • Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, which is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
